  • Solderers.  We have openings for 5 to 6 solderers.
  • AOI Operator/Inspector.  Inspect products in accordance with established standards.
  • Kitters. 1 kitter for 1st shift and 2 kitters for 2nd shift.

Solderer

Summary:  Solder electrical components of various materials to assembly as assigned and specified by work orders, diagrams, layouts, samples, and/or supervisor’s instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works at bench as member of assembly group
  • Works at different work stations as required by supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with company guidelines
  • Safely transport parts/assemblies between storage bins, racks, and work area
  • Responsible for accuracy and quality of own work
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor

Education/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years of soldering experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

AOI Operator/Inspector – 2nd Shift (4:00pm – 12:30am)

Summary:  To inspect products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspection of electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, parts and components for defects according to Supervisor instructions
  • Perform mechanical measurement of parts to verify accuracy in accordance with Supervisor instructions
  • Reject faulty assemblies, mark defects, report defects found to supervisor in a timely manner
  • Record inspection results on the proper work center inspection log and submit to supervisor
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Responsible for accuracy and quality of own work
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties as instructed

Kitters – 1 kitter for 1st shift and 2 kitters for 2nd shift

Summary:  Responsible for accurate and timely picking and kitting of customer order materials:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Count, weigh, and check a variety of materials that are placed into containers which are forwarded to production.
  • Create reports in a timely manner detailing shortages and/or damaged materials.
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional disciplines.
  • Responsible for accuracy and quality of own work.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor.

  • Ability to follow supervisor/manager instructions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor/manager
  • Ability to correctly lift 35lbs
