Current Job Openings

We currently have a new shift starting up.  It will run from 12:00am to 7:00am.  We are looking for the following temporary positions:

  • Department Supervisor.  This person shall be able to either Run an SMT Line or Perform the tuning tests in parallel with their duties as overall Supervisor.
  • 3 SMT Operators.  These operators must be able to run all machines and perform AOI inspection.
  • 2 RF Test Technicians who can perform the tuning tests.

DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

Summary:  Manufacturers products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to set-up and perform tests according to customer and Arc-Tronics test procedures requirements
  • Trouble-shoot assemblies to component level accuracy
  • Responsible for data accuracy and quality of own work
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with company guidelines
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor

Job Qualifications Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Training:

  • Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals)
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. spreadsheets, word processing, and data entry)
  • Working knowledge of electronic principles
  • Read and understand electronic schematics
  • Understand circuitry and components
  • Use common test instruments (ie: DVM, oscilloscope, frequency counter, pulse generator)
  • Able to create test records accurately/completely with company standards
  • Component ID Training
  • ESD Training
  • FOD Training
  • HazCom / Safety Training
  • JSTD Training
  • ITAR Training

Education/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

SMT MACHINE OPERATOR

Summary:  Set-up and operate various machines as needed to meet production requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quality, production rates, and data accuracy of own work
  • Timely notification to supervisor of equipment, quality, or safety issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with company guidelines
  • Properly cross-train shop personnel as required by manager/supervisor
  • Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations

  • Knowledge of machine processes
  • Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor/manager
  • Ability to follow supervisor/manager instruction

Education/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience such as a broad manufacturing background of 3 to 5 years experience

RF TECHNICIAN

Summary:  Responsible for testing products and to solve technical problems in manufacturing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to set-up and perform tests according to customer and Arc-Tronics test procedures requirements
