Matthew Goeringer
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew Goeringer is the Chief Operating Officer and one of the principals of Arc-Tronics.
As a young boy he would go to the shop with his dad on the weekends. He had an “office” under the stairs where he would play, but that would only last a short while, as he was mesmerized by the sights and sounds of the Artos wire processing machines and always ended up out on the shop floor. He officially joined Arc-Tronics in 1988 as the company was introducing automated insertion and SMT machinery into its processes. Intrigued by how things worked, the automated equipment fueled his curiosity and ultimately his passion for electronics manufacturing.
Matthew spent 25 years working in every facet of manufacturing and quality at Arc-Tronics. In 1996 he took over as VP of Manufacturing and drove Arc-Tronics technologies and processes to some of the highest levels in the industry.
Today, he continues to work with his talented team to ensure Arc-Tronics maintains their leading edge in technology and engineering services.“It is an honor and privilege to work side by side with my siblings as we build on the foundation my father has set and carry on his legacy with great pride. Our passionate team works collectively to provide the highest level of service and quality our customers have come to expect”.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys activities both above and below the water, including golf, sailing, scuba diving and ice hockey.
