Marla Spahic

Chief Executive Officer

Marla Spahic is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the Principals of Arc-Tronics.

Marla’s first memories of involvement in the family business date back to her childhood. Her dad would bring her to the office on the weekends with her brothers, and she looked forward to the little tasks he would give her to keep busy.  Prior to working at Arc-Tronics she spent more than a decade in Contract Manufacturing learning the industry from the bottom up. She eventually became an Independent Manufacturers Representative, selling for Arc-Tronics and other manufacturers in the Chicagoland area.

In 2000, Marla formally joined the Arc-Tronics team and has worked in various roles over the past 25 years with a primary focus on building efficiencies and streamlining up-front operations, which led to her ascent in being named Chief Executive Officer. Marla is married with a wonderful daughter. They enjoy playing golf, racquet sports, and spending quality time with friends and family. “I feel it a privilege to be a part of a family-owned business. We have an awesome sense of values and a connection with each other.”

Matthew Goeringer

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Goeringer is the Chief Operating Officer and one of the Principals of Arc-Tronics.
As a young boy he would go to the shop with his dad on the weekends. He had an “office” under the stairs where he would play, but that would only last a short while, as he was mesmerized by the sights and sounds of the Artos wire processing machines and always ended up out on the shop floor. He officially joined Arc-Tronics in 1988 as the company was introducing automated insertion and SMT machinery into its processes. Intrigued by how things worked, the automated equipment fueled his curiosity and ultimately his passion for electronics manufacturing.

Matthew spent 25 years working in every facet of manufacturing and quality at Arc-Tronics. In 1996 he took over as VP of Manufacturing and drove Arc-Tronics technologies and processes to some of the highest levels in the industry.

Today, he continues to work with his talented team to ensure Arc-Tronics maintains their leading edge in technology and engineering services.“It is an honor and privilege to work side by side with my siblings as we build on the foundation my father has set and carry on his legacy with great pride. Our passionate team works collectively to provide the highest level of service and quality our customers have come to expect”.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys activities both above and below the water, including golf, sailing, scuba diving and ice hockey.
