Happy Holidays from all of us at Arc-Tronics.
engineering, and assembly projects throughout the year.

As 2024 comes to a close and we look forward to 2025, we want to take some time to appreciate our amazing staff and all the ways they gave back to the community this year!

We started off the year strong in May with our annual trip to Feed My Starving Children. Feed My Starving Children is a nonprofit organization where volunteers pack meals to be sent to 70 countries struggling with malnourishment. The MannaPack® meals are designed to help reverse undernutrition and are hand-packed from start to finish by volunteers. This year, our team packed 128 boxes, which equals 27,648 meals. This means 76 children can be fed a daily meal for a year!

In June, our team put on their capes and running shoes for Journeys/The Road Home’s Superhero 5K Run/Walk! Journeys is a community based nonprofit that provides shelter, counseling, and housing resources to end homelessness in the Chicago and Northwest Suburbs. Not only do they offer housing, warm meals, and showers for the homeless or near homeless, they also run The Hope Center, a facility offering job counseling, mental health counseling, healthcare and legal referrals. This year, Arc-Tronics was a platinum sponsor, donating $1,000 to the nonprofit, and over 25 participants ran in the 5K.

Ending the year, Arc-Tronics hosted its 5th Annual Blood Drive in October with Versiti, a national leader in innovative blood health solutions for the Midwest region. Every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood, and approximately 29,000 units of red blood cells are needed every day in the U.S. Out of the 15 participants, 4 were first-time Versiti donors. In total, our team donated 14 units of blood and potentially helped over 42 patients with their blood donation!
We are incredibly proud of the hard work and selflessness of our team members. Arc-Tronics has always been a family company. Our employees spend a great deal of their time doing community and charity work throughout the year, helping give back to the community. Not only are our employees like family, but they have created a village for those in need. We are excited to continue giving back to our communities in 2025 and hope you have a warm and happy holiday!

Thank you to all of our summer interns for their dedication and hard work this summer. Arc-Tronics appreciates how each of you approached your projects with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Arc-Tronics is a family-oriented workplace. All employees are part of the Arc-Tronics family, blood related or not. Since our founding back in 1972, Conrad Goeringer and the Arc-Tronics family have worked tirelessly to make his vison a reality. Even 50 years later, his children Michael, Matthew, and Marla keep the company going in their father’s name, taking pride in continuing the family legacy.
